Accomplishments

  • Leadership – Supervise, monitor, and evaluate 32 + students while at Wolf Creek Job Corps and during off-center activities. I supervised, trained, and evaluated 14 bus drivers and mechanics at Sutherlin School District. Assisted in training and supervising 70 + bus drivers at Durham School Services.

  • Initiative – Creating reports that are used by Durham School Services, Roseburg School District, Sutherlin School District to monitor student behavior and safety evacuations. Have worked with others to transfer Durham School Services field trips and charter scheduling from hand-written forms to Compass as per company’s request. Help to plan and organize student activities while at Wolf Creek Job Corps. I have incorporated new routing, activity trip, and maintenance software for Sutherlin School District from an Excel format.
  • Organization – Maintain Wolf Creek Job Corps lodge manager and safety books per required Department of Labor standards; record ESP’s for each student, record monthly case notes for lodge students along with teaching them on social skills in a group living environment. Maintain student management reports, bi-annual evacuations report for Durham School Services, Roseburg School District, and Sutherlin School District. Maintain monthly transportation reports to be able to complete the annual reports to Oregon Department of Education and EPA for Sutherlin School District.
