Data Architecture Lead – Data Conversion & Reporting Architecture in Workday Financial Implementation

• Planned and designed the overall data architecture for a Finance Salesforce and Workday implementation. Create a current and future state data architecture diagram that incorporates the reporting requirements and considers all existing tools and potential new tools for BI and analytics reporting.

Technical Architect- Financial ERP Redesign (SAP)

Project: Large Canadian Bank

• Created the Finance Modernization architecture current/future state architecture diagrams for a future state finance platform of SAP FPSL and S4/HANA for GL replacement. Created an initial architecture design of the Azure Data platform for this client that will be part of the finance transformation. Built out the data governance and data architecture response for the Finance Data Platform that would be used for onboarding data sources and analytics reporting across Finance.
• Created the project plan for the finance Azure data platform that encompassed managing all sources to be loaded and readied for SAP FPSL.

Engagement Lead - Data Maturity Assessment/Roadmap/Target Operating Model

• Project: Manitoba Public Insurance
• Worked directly with the CDO to perform a maturity assessment on their data management capabilities. The results of the maturity assessment fed into a data strategy and an actionable roadmap of capabilities. I also completed a Target Operating Model for the data organization that defined their service delivery model, people, processes, supporting technology, governance, reporting/KPIs and data architecture recommendations.
