Leadership Experience

In addition to employment and education, my husband and I also own Old Tyme Barbershop in Arlington, TX. In 2019, the Arlington Police Department awarded Old Tyme Barbershop with the Business Partnership Award for our work in cutting hair for the homeless population of Arlington looking for employment. We are so proud to continue our work in providing free haircuts to those who live without shelter. We will continue to uplift the unhoused population of Arlington because we understand the difference a good haircut can make to one's self-esteem, self-confidence, and employment opportunities.
