Girls Rock Camp Alliance, Board member - Girls Rock Camp Alliance - Lawrence 06/2017 – 09/2019 | Lawrence, USA

The Girls Rock Camp Alliance is an international membership network of youth-centered arts and social justice organizations. We provide resources and space for community building, and fostering lifelong connections through music and education.

I was a board member for 2 years, and worked closely with every aspect of the camp. I was head of the gear crew and educated the camp on the intricacies of setting up, and tearing down musical equipment. It was a deeply beautiful experience. I learned a lot about community organization & communication through my role on the board.

Interests

Gardening/Landscaping/Medicinal Gardens - I am very passionate about gardening in all forms; Specifically permaculture gardening, container gardening, and herbal/medicinal gardening
