Sherika Evans

• I am the coordinator for a new program designed to help students recover credits and graduate from high school. In this role, I am to stay up-to-date on my students, data trends, and developments in the new program as I am expected to train students, staff, parents, and administrators how to use the program or aspects of the program to enhance their desired knowledge base.
• As a graduation coach, I am expected to know each of the students identified as at risk for graduating on time. I seek to establish strong relationships with the students and their families so that I can help motivate students to finish school as well as be the student's advocate when making school-based decisions.

Additionally I also:

• Simultaneously being an Executive Director as well as a principal for the VPK- 8th grade charter school provided multiple opportunities to learn, grow, and hone skills in both dynamic professional careers.

• Conducted data analysis based on performance scores to develop school improvement plan.
• I coached teachers, modeled best practices, and presented to multiple boards progress of the data being collected.

• I created a summer camp that focused on Math, Exercise, and Science Integrated into a multitude of subjects and activities. A camp that would help build more confident student leaders who were stronger socially emotionally as well as academically.

I created a company to focus on helping students excel in academics and prepare them for college or professional careers.
