Serve as the supervisor, program manager, and senior advisor to the Vice President, Logistics to lead personnel assigned to teams and to participate in strategic planning meetings to assess company and division performance and implement new strategies to establish and cultivate business opportunities.
• Project oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of all projects awarded in support of Marine Corps Systems Commend. Responsible for all the submission and completion of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and deliverables as specified in the contracts.
• Led application developers in translating and mapping functional requirements as well as preventing and resolving major conflicts in IT database, software policy, and program objectives.
• Manage contract budget to track labor, travel expenses, start-up and project sustainment costs in support of contract execution. Sustaining profits of more than $200K annually (two years consecutively), and incorporated restructurings to sustain profitability for the following year.
• Prepare and communicate plans, reports, charts, graphs, briefing slides, and related correspondence to effectively produce and defend studies and reports. I provide formal briefs, training, and represent stakeholders at meetings with Operational Assessment Group (OAG) leadership to facilitate understanding, benefits, and stakeholder buy-in of the GCSS-MC Sustainment Training program. The audience includes senior Marine Corps leadership, GS-13 and above civilians, and General Officer/Senior Executive Service (SES) level personnel.
