Noble Caregiver Award from NYSHFA

 ALBANY, N,Y Sherri Beverly has received the 2018 Noble Caregiver Award from the New York State Center for  Assisted Living (NYSCAL) The award was presented on June 26, 2018 NYSCAL Awards Banquet during Association's annual conference in Rye, NY.


Sherri Beverly has worked at Dominican Village for past 22 years. She began her employment the stare as a member of the dining room waitstaff.

Not long after starting ,Sherri's leadership skills and strong work ethic led to her being promoted to the position of Dining Room Manager where she excelled. "Compassionate" is a word that quickly comes to mind when being in her presence. Sherri is welcoming to all, especially when residents are new to the community, she takes them under her wing until they feel at home.

"Residents and staff alike have acknowledged Sherri's deep sense of caring and generosity. She is well respected and held high regard by ALL in our community." said Paul Wasser ,President CEO of Dominican Village. "We are proud that she have been honored with this prestigious award from NYSCAL
