COVID 19, Once COVID 19 hit there were 100's of claims that had to be input and assigned to Case Managers. I volunteered to help with the process. At that time I was averaging 15-20 OT hours after hours. This means I worked my regular hours and then stayed for OT to help with this Project. We were caught up by July 2020. COVID 19 cases had slowed down by that time.
