Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing mortgage accounts to ensure that all claims are processed, paid, and reconciled in compliance with all state and federal laws with HUD guidelines while maintaining compliance with
Clients, Insurer, Agency and company guidelines. This includes the following:
Manages the loss analysis process to ensure it is completed per policies and procedures.
Monitors/Audits claims post payment through a reconciliation of amounts expenses versus claimed and paid. Assigns any applicable losses. Request appropriate documents for legal support from, Reo,
Champion, Bank of America, Foreclosure, Claim’s departments.
Performs required research on high risk/escalated files, Hud 1’s, Call Due Demand letters, Frist legal letters, Sales based Appraisals, Due and Payable Appraisals, & Forclosure Appraisals, providing a detailed
LA to client with loss or gain. Submitting finalized research to clients.
