Operations Administrator/Manager with over 20 plus years of experience in fast-paced office/field settings including, overseeing/organizing materials, excellent computer skills, ability to be trained to meet specific company needs, Supply Chain knowledge, Cost Analysis and managing spending, AP/AR, Logistics & Scheduling/Planning, and, Production Scheduling. • Shipping / Receiving tracking, scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics transactions including scheduling of pick-up loads daily (including Saturdays as needed)
• Align shipments to achieve monthly goals.
• Manage shipment pounds vs. weekly/monthly goals.
• Maximize shipping load pounds to ensure max weight per load.
• Oversee production flow from packing to shipping.
• Generate BOL’s for each load.
• Oversee all communications for logistics between multiple facilities.
• Develop/Generate reports to assist Manufacturing.
• Assist CSR as needed (questions on coordinating logistics & estimated ship)
• Assist Sales as needed (provide information/updates)
• Provides paperwork to customers as required.
• Coordinates all LP paperwork for CSR team.
• MRA management
• Track incoming metal from other Jupiter locations for processing.
• Daily review of raw materials receipts.
• Work order management
• Daily scheduling of production.
• Communication with entire supply chain.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure consumables are tracked on time to meet planning/scheduling requirements.
• Coordinating Paint availability to scheduling of production
• Responsible for providing all schedule changes/updates to Paint tech & Production.
• Base scheduling on all factors (metal availability, customer requirements & consumable availability)
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain & CSR to ensure schedule is optimized.
• Communicate schedule changes/adjustments.
• Communicate with Paint Techs daily (notify when schedule is available & changes as well)
• Build customer folders.
• File customer folders in cabinet (alpha/numerical)
• Monitor paint shortages for possible color match.
• Backup to internal positions as needed.
• Manage metal inventory to utilize extra/left over material where needed.
