Sherrie Flynn

I have worked with students grades K through 3. I have worked with students in the classroom in a "push in" model and in small group "pull out" sessions, as well. I have substituted for two months this year for a special education teacher, as well.

• Lead and coordinate preschool program for up to 36 preschool students, including those who have special needs
• Work with parents, staff (including therapists, guidance counselors, paraprofessionals and ABA therapists) to ensure best practice/programming for students
• Lead screenings, assessment and intake for students in community and/or program
• Conduct visits/consults and outside assessments for children in other community programs

• Developed and taught preschoolers in an integrated preschool setting working closely with staff and families to teach skills in social, motor, cognitive domains
• TEAM teaching with speech therapist; developed creative additional program to meet diverse needs of children arriving from local early intervention programs
• Conducted screenings and evaluations for community children
