There were many duties involved with this position. I was the first employee the parent and public spoke with. Phone etiquette involved routing the calls courteously and promptly. Maintaining office routines and practices associated with a productive environment in a polite and tactful fashion. Computer programs involved working with Meal Tracker, eFunds, ezschoolpay, and eTrition, along with state reports to DPI for STARS, MISO3's, and NDHSAA with monthly or yearly reports. Cash drawer responsibilities included daily reconciliation, deposits, and cash boxes for various activities.
