Registered Nurse Atrium Health for 50 years of experience in PACU Opened CVRU in 1974 Wrote nursing protocols in preparation of One Day Surgery in 1979. Implemented the Patient Education Program for Anesthesia Department 1999. Clinical Supervisor with Department of General Surgery. Assisted with planning and opening of Bariatric Program (2006). Effectively led key program initiatives that resulted in positive patient outcomes. Continuing to coordinate and guide care of pre and Post-op patients and provide nursing expertise with Carolinas Weight Management. 2019 began the Annual Wellness Program with Atrium and continued implementation to grow the care of Medicare patients until January 2022.
