Additionalinformation

I had a TIA that affected my right upper extremity in 2017 and also left me having to deal with the diagnosis of epilepsy or new onset seizure disorder related to black spots on brain according to MRI of unknown origin. After many hours of self therapy I finally got my arm working again but the seizures remain. The seizures are now under control with a medication regimen and the use of a Vagal Nerve Stimulator. My health has been very poor and unstable but very weak now and I feel I could work at least part time., I'm currently receiving benefits from disability and my nursing license are suspended because I failed to report a DUI back in 1994. So I owe fines and I can get them back.
