It Was my responsibility to write the most cost effective estimate, negotiate repairs, maintain good customer service and quality control.

I managed the State Farm Service First Program. My responsibilities included writing the most cost effective estimates, negotiating repairs and maintaining good customer service.

I managed the State Farm Service First Program carrying the shop to over a million dollars that year just with State Farm. I also handled the Progressive account working directly with their adjusters, negotiating repairs and maint customer service.

I wrote auto damage estimates for field and drive in, settled total losses and handled customer complaints. I reviewed estimates from preferred shops throughout the state of Texas as well as negotiated rental issue. I trained new hires on estimating and processes. I also set schedules for field adjusters and drive in techs.
