· Implemented an education and preceptor program to decrease overhead and build physician confidence in the Telemetry nurses ability to provide superior care.
· Coordinated Cycle V chest pain Accreditation process.
· Developed and implemented the Cardiac Service Line at LGMC including successful launch of the Cardiac Cath Lab
· Developed and lead the committee to gain Chest Pain Accreditation within two years of opening service line
