On the job training for a surgical Techincian

Worked for St. Johns Hospital as a aide in Salina Ks. Was given the opportunity to learn how to become a Surgical Technician. At that present time there was not the required liscensed techinican. Worked there for 5 years and then moved to Wichita,ks where I was hired at Wesley Med Center. Scrubbed Ortho cases and neuro cases. Worked there for 8 years .
