Additionally, balances vacation, holiday, and sick/unplanned leave for employees and HR. Responsibilities also include hiring and terminating employees in the PeopleSoft system and serving as a customer service representative, handling 40 to 50 incoming and outgoing calls daily in a call center environment. Assists employees and HR with inquiries regarding paychecks, earnings, long-term disability (LTD), short-term disability, payroll deductions (taxes, garnishments), benefits, loans, and terminations.
