• Responsible for planning and managing shared services expenses, including technology, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources functions
• Served as Strategic Partner to functional leaders to improve profitability; successfully achieved business plan despite significant excess demand

• Developed executive level relationships with clients, attorneys, and bank personnel as senior banker
• Expanded strategy for entertainment business, formulated lending parameters, and built $850M portfolio through deal origination, structuring, and execution of over twenty senior debt transactions
• Grew revenues by ~40% over three-year period, through the sale of credit, securitization structures, and derivatives.
