As a team member at Aisin for over 7 years I have excelled and I am ready to further my learning abilities with our company. I am applying for the Machining Supervisor position in plant 1. I am ready and eager to learn and move forward with our company. I am familiar with 4s+D and 3 pillar OA'S . and how to maintain safety within our work area. Also I am a good trainer and I teach standardized work and know how to train new team members on how to follow the 6 panel. I am ready to move up in our company and i want to explore different areas to learn all I can to not only better myself but our company as well. I have been trained on different lines in Machining department to identify the issues and to notify the right personnel to fix the problems.
