Work History
RV Lot & ARB Administrator
CPCSA
08.2020 - Current
Responsibilities include managing 376 RV lot contracts and ensuring that all contract obligations are met accurately. I've also reorganized the lot to prevent theft and accommodate more renters, although this is not required at present.
- In addition, I work with homeowners on ARB (Architectural Review Board) applications. As part of this, I review all applications to verify their accuracy and ensure that all external items are permitted. Since taking over the ARB, I've maintained a higher level of approval than denial by working closely with homeowners to complete their applications and provide additional information as needed to get approval.
As a Compliance Officer I have maintained CPCSA's Covenants and Guidelines by reviewing any violations and working with homeowners to bring them into compliance.
I have been the night driver for Compliance since the inception of my employment driving at least once a week to maintain Covenants such as no overnight parking, no commercial vehicles and similar violations.
