Knowledgeable Nurse Manager with conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities demonstrated across a 32 year career history. 20 years mainly, of that history was spent as an MDS nurse, which is a Minimum Data Set done in long term care to determine the level of care each resident is receiving and gives them a care score which tells CMS how much care they require and in turn helps CMS determine payment scale for that resident, and also helps nursing to determine what should be their in plan of care. This job required computer skills, have used Point Click Care software system for many years, have used electronic medical records, also required coding, finding and determining ICD 10 codes for diagnosis in the medical records. Once oriented to duties desired of me in this position, I feel I will do well and work hard to see all aspects of daily tasks are completed efficiently & properly while maintaining communication with all departments. Pride myself on being neat and organized & feel I have experience in dealing with insurances. Feel I can work well alongside MD's, PA's, APRN'S

& other clinic staff. A flexible coworker and a team player and have a curiosity for learning new things, being fairly creative & problem-solving.
