Work History

Senior Ride Captain

Patriot Guard Riders Of Illinois
Region 7
09.2024 - Current

When the Senior Ride Captain (Dan Warren) was in position I would write missions and attended all mission. When Dan was asked to step down I took over region 7. On the job training was the order of the day. Our region had a lot of negatives to work out but, in time I was able to grow our membership and we renewed our relationships with all 54 funeral homes in this region. Shawn Woodward, my assistant, had left because of Dan. He has now returned with a renewed purpose. He is involved in everything I do.

I have learned how and have become a moderator as our state needed more. Missions were taking to long to post, I even complained but I stepped up to help.

At my American Legion Post I have started clinics to help Veterans get their DD214's. As I experienced quite a few missions where a DD214 was not found. These Vets deserve the respect and I am helping to fix that.
