- Deliver 1:1, small-group, and whole-class support to a classroom of up to 20 students (ages 4–18) in mod/severe special education settings, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), non-verbal communication needs, and significant physical disabilities
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), managing high-risk behaviors such as elopement and emotional dysregulation using structured de-escalation strategies
- Support access to curriculum through instructional modifications, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools, and differentiated instruction tailored to diverse learning needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, feeding, and personal care, while promoting student independence and dignity
- Facilitate behavioral and social skill development, reinforcing positive behaviors and improving student engagement
