New Joiner Experience (NJX) Ops Liaison:
- Manage all operations related NJX activities/ initiatives initiatives including On-site agendas as well as Checklist and Roles & Responsibilities document
- Transform the entire NJX operations and launched 20 On-Site NJX sessions (Analysts and Apprentices) in NA in over 30 North America locations
- Successfully streamlined the operations processes for the NJX Onboarding team
- Worked with multiple stakeholders like NJX facilitators, CL Team, Recruiting, on-site POCs, and LTS that led to the development of multiple skills like project management and relationship building
- Successfully Host/Lead the on-site location lead’s (local POC) calls and office hours
New Joiner Experience Specialist:
- Successfully Co-led 40 NJX sessions ranging from analysts to MD level providing the best onboarding experience to our New Joiners
- Partnered with the recruiting lead and successfully facilitated Summer Intern Session (55 joiners)
- Key point of contact for resolving the New Joiners’ queries for the first few days and also manage escalations
- Analyze the employee feedback survey results on a continual basis to further improve the employee experience
- Successfully launched New Joiner Experience in VR/ Metaverse (Mesh) for North America
- Also, participated, as a VR Ambassador, in a global team event for a MD session helping them understand the importance of Metaverse so that they can get their clients excited about it
- Scheduling: Help create and manage the NJX schedule for the entire team and ensure entries in Workday, Teams Calendar, and Teams channel in a timely manner
Dear World:
- Certified Dear World Storyteller leading the program efficiently only in the US but also support other countries when they are short staffed

- Partner with internal NJX teams and help them with the backend processes including VLookup
- Collaborate with external stakeholder such as CL and recruiting team
- Created a PowerPoint for the process flow for all the teammates to use
