• Monitor and manage workers’ health, particularly those exposed to hazardous materials, noise, and extreme working conditions, ensuring adherence to health regulations and best practices.
• Implement and promote health and safety programs, including wellness initiatives, stress management, and fitness activities, to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.
