• Created a script to add network perimeters in all the realms to protect environment from outside API calls
• Automated the work flow of gathering the list of customer tenants which are about to have their service provider license expired and send a mail to renew the same using groovy, elastic search and rest apis
• Resolved a security issue by rotating secrets of worker apps everytime after use
• enabled 2step authentication, written a python script to send otp to registered email / mobile for testing series of test tenants in all regions to capture the real time outage situation before the customers report
