  • Review weekly Epic charge reconciliation reports
  • Reconcile charges against scheduled visits and procedures
  • Create study invoices using e-smart invoice system and submit them to sponsor for payments
  • Data management: using Redcap as a data collection tool for building surveys and databases
  • Data entry either logged into redcap database or surveys
  • Download data in spreadsheet format for analysis in Excel and other programs
  • As an example: created a CCM training tracker, CCM Time off and Faculty recruitment evaluation
