Project : Marketing Automation a multi-year initiative to automate trigger-based marketing campaigns for AMEX cards based on customer spend

Responsibilities :

  • Perform detail system study to understand the overall IT landscape based on the strategy adopted by marketing team to create intake & product backlogs list for Cards campaign - digital platforms like – online, email and mobile etc
  • Plan and lead the PI Planning strategy activities and work with multiple Agile teams towards the prioritization & implementation
  • Create/maintain product backlog features in Rally/Jira/Confluence and work with multiple platform teams for seamless execution
  • Create and present executive dashboard for capacity planning and reporting at program and portfolio level to business teams leadership and other stakeholders as part of Monthly OPS review

Responsibilities : Launch of the “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) program to provide employees access to enterprise applications and data on their personal smartphones and tablets.

  • Create/maintain product backlog features in Rally/Jira/Confluence and work with multiple platform teams for seamless execution

  • Worked closely with the business team to define the requirements and workflows, prepared process flow diagrams
  • Define project timelines and schedule , dashboard reporting on the progress.
  • The product was built on Oracle fusion middleware platform with files and feeds received from the various system and processed through FRX to generate these compliance reports.
  • Proactively came up with number of performance improvement measures based on industry standards and best practices
  • Worked closely with Oracle Product team to optimize the performance of the platform
  • Defined and setup onsite – offshore based support model
