Additional Information

  • Founded Doctors On Wheels (DOW) in 2012 and lead the team to organize, raise funds and conduct Health and sanitation awareness campaign (HASAC) in the schools of rural districts of Nepal. Since then, DOW has conducted health camps in remote villages of Nepal annually.
  • Lead the Doctors on Wheels team in fundraising and conducting extensive health camp and relief operations during the 2015 Mega Earthquake in Nepal.
  • Installed telemedicine units in the hard-to-reach areas of Beni, Tukuche, and Lomanthang via which more than 1000 locals have received health advice and treatment for free from specialist doctors in Kathmandu and the USA via DOW.
