  • Administer and oversee two Municipal Service Taxing Units (MSTUs), including operational management, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and capital project implementation.
  • Manage three separate budgets, including capital planning, project expenditures, invoicing, fiscal tracking, and funding coordination.
  • Oversee roadway improvement initiatives, including roundabout design coordination, transportation planning, consultant management, crosswalk studies, pedestrian safety improvements, and project implementation support.
  • Coordinate and assist with right-of-way (ROW) acquisition activities necessary for public infrastructure and roadway improvement projects.
  • Manage Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) related property acquisitions and redevelopment coordination activities.
  • Served as primary contact for residents, developers, business owners, and community stakeholders on redevelopment projects, infrastructure improvements, and maintenance concerns.
