I am a management professional with over 30 years of experience in select industries such as retail, consumer goods, logistics, production, fulfillment, and the service industry. I have 15 years of experience within UPS management ranging in responsibilities such as human resources, sales, training, entry level interviewing, Inside Sales Representative Development, Sales Academy development/training/facilitation, and account management all of which have strengthened my business acumen to include different aspects of the organization. I was also part of the team that launched UPS Freight when Overnight was purchased and rebranded as UPS.
