Lead the design and implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, aimed at preventing occupational accidents and illnesses. Likewise, to promote healthy lifestyles in the work and family environment.

Provide spaces for communication and consultation between interested parties (employers, workers, ARl, among others).

Contribute to the consolidation of Occupational Health and Safety policies in the organization, complying with current legal regulations in Colombia.

• Design, with the institutional pedagogical team, the competency-based training program for apprentices of Occupational Health and Safety Technology at the Health Services Center.

• Promote the development of students' work skills, which would allow them to enter working life, working in organizations from different economic sectors, to create safe work environments, free of accidents and occupational diseases.

• Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships.
• Gained extensive knowledge in data entry, analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
