- This program is a national college achievement and career development program which helps teens like me to be able to pursue a higher education and any career goals that us teens may have.
- In this program I have learned a lot about health in our community since I decided to join a Career Cluster which was Health to learn more about how people come across certain challenges in our own community and how we can improve that for the better.

- I have been apart of this program since my freshmen year of high schoo where I was the treasurer in the executive committee where I was able to track our funds and coordinate any fundraisers that happened.
- My second year I had become the president where I was able to bring teenagers in my program more together as a community and improve on their life skills.
- I am also currently president of this club since I was re-elected I am trying to work on improving our teens communication and speaking out skills since it can be a real life skill that would be helpful to have.

- Throughout the school year I learn different skills that can help me in my daily life.
- Currently I am joining a weekly Leadership program where I have been learning about what steps I will take after high school like colleges, trade school, gap years, etc.
- Over the summer I interact with kids and show them what a leader should look like, and help any campers out when needed.
- Throughout the summer I meet new campers make sure they have fun in a safe way and be able to make sure everyone feels included like a community.
