Provide coaching to all math team members including Special Education teachers at a
turnaround high school. Specifically target coaching around the four Danielson Domains,
targeting Data Driven Instruction within specific Danielson Domains. Responsibilities
include delivering daily verbal feedback to teachers regarding strategies-based action steps
they should employ to continue to progress in the Teacher Development Process around all
four Danielson Domains. As a Turnaround Coach, I sat on the school’s Instructional
Leadership Team, collaborated with the paired content Administrator to offer targeted
coaching to teachers, and report out during AUSL Dialogues. As a content area expert, the
Turnaround Coach designs, edits, and revises AUSL Curricular Projects and gathers teams
of teachers to complete tools that will inform instruction. Work with other content-related
Turnaround Coach to oversee the development and revision of curriculum & assessment projects for the
content area. Maintain with other content-related Turnaround Coach a Google Site for the content area
accessible to all AUSL High Schools. Lead project teams as new projects arise and projects in development
need revision.
