- Part of CAM (Community Account Manager - project) team that was formed in November, 2022, to support 'Social Media' process. It's a chat process through common domain called 'Sprinklr', sellers would reach out to us through different social media forums and as part of it would escalate their matter(s)/issues directly to internal team for quick review/resolution.
- Our job profile follows: Investigations, flagging cons/pros, updating SOP's, analysis of process, escalation call backs, finding new/best path to assist our Sellers and dedicate our best towards success of the project.
- I was able to initiate a project called 'Customization of blurbs' by flagging the matter to our L7 from AZA and initiated project within team. This has impacted huge audience and reduced our Sellers' experience and Employee experience as well.
- Part of project( now process) where we support Fraudulent selling accounts and anticipate through investigation if action taken is correct, assist/provide resources to appeal for reinstatement of their accounts, establishing right process and launch SOP. So far, we've gained high visibility through our success stories across our Senior leadership.
- Have supported the AIT team in completion of their audits which was under management of senior leadership. We were successful in auditing their data and completed it within 2 weeks.
- Developed strong communication and people's management experience.
- Gained strong leadership skills by managing projects from start to finish.
