Hardworking 3rd year Physics and Computer Science Student seeking internship experience. Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent observational, organizational and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of research and software skills.
In this role I will be supporting scientists and engineers at Fermilab and various other institutions to help remotely monitor the Accelerator Neutrino Neutron Interaction Experiment (ANNIE) at Fermilab. I will also be synthesising fluids for radiation detection and conducting spectroscopy measurements.
As an undergraduate student researcher at Goldman Lab, I've collaborated with a graduate student to simulate various neuronal models such as the Leaky Integrate and Fire Neuron and HH-model as well as build neural networks to better understand spike formation and firing rate activity in the brain. For my current project I'm creating a neural network to model E-I balance in the cortex.
During my internship at Rigetti Computing I developed a Python script to automate and enhance the qubit spectroscopy measurement process, including flux-time Ramsey and power-Rabi experiments. Utilized Python libraries such as NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas, and SciPy for data analysis and visualization. Implemented optimized data structures and graph traversal algorithms to streamline iterative measurement sequences, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy. (High Throughput Automation Project)
