  • My responsibilities as a Lead Interaction Designer involved conducting extensive interviews, shadowing, and leading multiple end-user participatory design workshops, Additionally, I designed prototypes and tested solutions using A/B testing methodologies, and assisted in presenting prototypes and ideation across multiple platforms
