As a Closeout Specialist, contributions include ensuring alignment with carrier and landlord COP requirements, leveraging expertise in construction, material management, and quality control for many wireless customer's projects.

I prepare all closeout packages, and work with the customer to ensure the job is completed correctly, and paid for promptly. In this role I typically would take on about 20 different closeouts a week.

I was responsible for working with the construction and field team to build a cost-effective site. Ensured the most economical and efficient construction practices were utilized. Ensured quality construction standards and adherence to project plans. Reviewed the project scope, structural analysis, construction drawing and RFDS installations based on carrier requirements. Redlined documents, including but not limited to, RFDS, SMCO and construction drawings. Communicated with client for any inconsistencies relating to build, closeouts, or missing material. Managed job foremen and on-site crews. Coordinated QA processes and resolution including all punch-list and other corrections needed. Performed real-time reviews of initial and final videos, photos, closeouts, and site audit data. Made decisions based on a full understanding of all customer specifications and scope of work. All Rejection repairs were resubmitted back to me for Final Acceptance.

I worked at various heights, installing and testing equipment like antennas, microwave systems, and transmission lines. I also ensured safety compliance and proper equipment maintenance for the climbing crews.
