Owned all ARR, Revenue, SaaS Business Metrics (DRR, New Logo/Expansion/Churn Metrics, Cohort Performance, Billings, Backlog, and Account Dynamics), and Services Revenue streams. Created dashboards for each category to manage all top-line revenue metrics for Board Reporting
  • Created and maintained an end to end monthly/quarterly ARR model capturing changes across both growth and retention; calculated, maintained and reconciled all ARR data in Salesforce and worked cross-functionally with sales to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce

  • Partnered with cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal and Revenue Accounting through the contracting process for all sales contracts to ensure revenue compliance and approve all contracts from a finance lens
