Project - 6000 LF Storm Water Drainage Construction at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) an Indian Government-owned aerospace and defense electronics company.

· Assisted with review and managing schedules with the project team on a weekly basis.

· Estimate quantities for concrete, rebar, and formwork since this trade was self-performed.

· Follow up with vendors, manage material tracking log and inform the team of any material related delays.

· Assisted the site superintendent in verifying layouts, review the rebar installed on site with respect to drawings, document photos, update daily manpower log and daily report.

· Supervised excavation work to avoid damage to underground cabling.

· Generate bills for work installed and coordinate with the Owners Quantity Surveyor to verify the work. (bill checking).

Project – 14,000 SF Warehouse for Agriculture Produce.

· Assisted Assistant Superintend in checked reinforcement for RCC slab structure. (Checking for stirrup placing, lap length, cover for the concrete, Count the qty of top and bottom bar), Assisted the superintendent with punch list during project closeout.

· Ensuring the concrete test cubes are poured and follow up with reports.

· Effectively communicated design issues from field to the office, generated draft RFI’s for project team to finalize and send for review.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports, maintain labor log for weekly payments.

· Perform quantity take offs for trades like painting, masonry, flooring, and light fixture counts.
