• Verified appraisal vendors and their contact persons to ensure compliance through Glance tool and One Trust restrictions.
• Followed up with appraisal vendors to ensure the renewal of their Commercial and Professional Liability Insurance.

a. Arkansas ERAP:

• Worked on the federal government project as a case manager to investigate, verify, and examine the applications received for providing subsidies to needy renters in the state of Arkansas (to those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic).

b. Evidence-Based Controls Evaluation (EBCE):

• Performing the first cycle of EBCE activities for controls in Commercial Banking, Consumer Lending, and Corporate Risk.
• Conducting a walkthrough with the business team to understand the functioning of various operational processes.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of control design as per the COSO framework, with supporting rationales.
• Developing and executing test scripts to evaluate the effectiveness of control performance.
• Documenting and communicating the evaluation results, along with evidence, to the business team.

c. Incremental Remediation Review (IRR).

• Performing review on customer remediation documentation.
• Validating financial and non-financial customer impacts.
• Reviewing remediation strategy and its execution.
• Reviewing the customer Remediation in order to assess and verify that the final population and the Financial Remediation have been appropriately calculated and distributed, along with the process of remediating the customers.
