  • As part of Connected Security Systems & Solutions team, responsible for working closely with Sales, Marketing and business development team to discover/qualify new business opportunities for our Payment/Identification/Embedded Security Products/Solutions, and to provide Technical Expertise support for design in activities to achieve design and business wins in the Americas Region.
  • Responsible for Work towards optimizing product roadmaps, tooling & collateral, Channel training, and partners for Infineon Americas Go-to-Market and Broad Market Approach activities and have ownership role to formulate unified Regional positions and feed back to the Product Lines for collateral/process improvements and new product requirements.
  • Responsible Working closely with Global development team to drive new innovative product development and launch to the market.
  • Responsible for enabling Reginal Sales/Disti/Rep channel with periodic training for them to hunt for new opportunities and get design/Business win in the region for Security products/solutions.
  • Responsible for Regional Customer program management of tier-1 key customer design in projects.
  • Working with Internal team and 3rd party partners, Responsible for managing multiple Custom and Innovation Projects (10-15 projects) to accelerate business growth for Security products.
  • Key member of an internal innovation team defined a security solution for Trusted Electronics to increase the security level of the embedded systems components (FPGA, ASIC) in military, aerospace, networking and industrial control markets, resulting in 7 Patents.
  • Representing Infineon at various standards and alliances as contributing members to the associated security working groups of Smart Grid (SEPA), NREL, NTIA, NIST-CPS, IIC, ICSCSWG, NESCO (EPRI), NREL, and NIST CPSSP.
  • Active participation with contribution to development of Security Frame works and Guidelines for critical infrastructure sectors through Standards & Alliances such as IIC, NIST, Smart Grid Cyber Security Work Group, NIST Cyber Physical System, NESCOR, NTIA, National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), ICSJWG Resulting in multiple publications.

  • As a Product Definition, system integration/Application engineer, was responsible to lead the team to verify/qualify integrated multi-beam ASIC for Optical Storage systems (DVD) and develop Reference Design System with RTOS, low-level servo firmware and application software.
  • Participation in Conferences and Tradeshows to speak, discuss in panel for outreach efforts, education and promotion of Security technology, value of hardware security and Security products/solutions.
