  • Worked with the Technology Function at Flipkart (market leader in India's e-commerce sector) in a high-touch business partner role for ~250 employees.
  • End-to-end people charter ownership. Drove people agenda – Performance Development, Rewards, Inclusion & Diversity, organization structuring and design, in collaboration with business leaders and managers to meet BU strategic goals
