Responsible for Financial Planning, Analysis, Management Reporting and Cost Control of the IT spending incurred internally at Ford IT Development Centers in NA, EU and India and also externally - for the Asia Pacific Region (across 14 countries)

• Drive and oversee the Five year Business Plan and annual Budgeting processes
• Participate/Finance SPOC in the monthly IT strategic Cycle Plan reviews of existing, planned/pipeline projects and assist in prioritizing the spending and drive the ongoing forecasts
• Monthly Management Reporting involving; - Oversee the preparation of Financial Dashboards for monthly rolling Forecasts/ Actual IT Spend and variances Analysis (for multiple Verticals & Horizontals)
• Leading and reporting Business Process Improvements, transitions and regionalization Initiatives
• Supervise analysts in India and Shanghai on Inbound and Outbound IT Billings & Revenue Reallocation etc

Business Finance (reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer)
