  • Provided technical and policy guidance to UN resolutions on science, vulnerability, and SIDS, including the Outcome Document: Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for SIDS (ABAS) and the Multidimensional Vulnerability Index (MVI).
  • Co-authored policy reports on gender-inclusive water management adopted by governments of Jamaica and Belize.
  • Co-drafted a multi-country Adaptation Fund proposal titled “Resilient Caribbean,” targeting seven Caribbean SIDS, focused advancing climate-resilient water management through ecosystem restoration, institutional capacity building, inclusive community engagement, and policy reform to address water-related climate and biodiversity risks.
  • Developed training and institutional frameworks to enhance resilience and improve access to climate finance.
  • Supported development of national and regional projects aligned with SDG 13 and 6, incorporating gender and youth components.
  • Led the substantive and logistical preparations for a UNESCO side event at the UN 2023 Water Conference on “Water Management and Gender in Caribbean Rural Farming Ecosystems,” including coordinating partner engagement, managing event logistics, and initiating donor outreach—such as the Joint SDG Fund—for a proposed Phase 2 of the project.
