I have been in the floral industry for 30 years, taking pride in my ability to listen to my customers and provide them with a product that meets their expectations. I fully believe that the customer has the right to ask for what they want and need and it’s my job to do my best to make that happen, with the understanding that sometimes smart solutions and compromises may have to be implemented. I feel that level of customer service and ease of working with others could potentially be of great value to the company as the business looks to continue to grow and keep positive relationships with current and future clients , employees and partners.

As a long time florist and owner my role consists of many tasks. Managing a crew of designers and general shop help, customer service and relations, ordering flowers and hard goods for daily, weekly, monthly basis including major holidays and events such as weddings, funerals and corporate events. Scheduling employees and vendors to fit the needs of an ever changing high volume business. Meeting with families for both exciting and challenging times to plan their floral needs and lead them to services I’m not able to provide. Offering the highest level of customer service and support to make each transaction as smooth possible, while being available for any questions or concerns that may arise. Being conscious of consumer budgets as well as the budget of the business itself. Listening intently to customers wants and needs and sometimes complaints, attempting to fully deliver and or compromise to complete a transaction.
