I have been in the floral industry for 30 years, taking pride in my ability to listen to my customers and provide them with a product that meets their expectations. I fully believe that the customer has the right to ask for what they want and need and it’s my job to do my best to make that happen, with the understanding that sometimes smart solutions and compromises may have to be implemented. As a long time florist and owner my role consists of many tasks. Managing a crew of designers and general shop help, customer service and relations, ordering flowers and hard goods for daily, weekly, monthly basis including major holidays and events such as weddings, funerals and corporate events.
