Complete and fill out requisition with correct testing information, current medication, and insurance information

Pack and prepare specimens for shipping, Facilitate the collection, processing, and shipping of blood and urine specimens.

Follow departmental policies to correctly identify the patient before any specimen is obtained

Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff.

• Observes and monitor patients identified to be at risk for self-injury.
• Attends to Patient’s activities of daily living
• Document patient behavior according to company policy
• Obtain Vital signs, intake, output, and report to primary nurse.

• Demonstrated customer service and compassion when interacting with clients.
• Collect and observed urine samples from clients twice a week.
• Properly labeled and document specimens for shipping
• Follow universal precautions and adhere to HIPPA guidelines
• Facilitate Collection, Processing, and shipping of specimens
