I support the Consumer Robotics (CoRo, part of Devices business at Amazon) Go To Market, Software Engineering and Software Launch Teams in US and India and facilitated the org redesign as part of VP (business leader) transition at CoRo. In addition, I have designed and implementing a listening mechanism for ~7000 data associates within Devices business Globally (11 countries).

As a part of India HR team I designed and implemented an adaptive labor model to manage labor demand fluctuations through a business year with the ability to avoid cost of USD 12M per annum.

  • As HR business of a manufacturing center, I engaged with local government to resolve 4 labor compliance challenges resulting in a cost avoidance of USD 24 M. Partnered with local school to drive initiatives leading to enrollment of 200 female students. Led change management with plant leadership directly resulting in an increase of female employees on shop floor from 6% to 28% over 2 years
  • Designed and implemented the Asia wide R&D Talent Acquisition program – harmonized talent acquisition process across 4 Innovation centers in Asia – targeting talent from US, EU & Asia - Total Offer in 1st year: 60 students from 8Disciplines, 9Nationalities, and 6countries of education with a diversity ratio of Female: Male 53%:47%, out of which 93% had PhD/Master’s Degree.
  • Designed and implemented a Compensation framework Distributor field force – This included mapping of 13 distributor organization across India - this framework has been adopted as an Asia wide standard in P&G and an Industry wide standard by Hewitt India.
  • Designed and delivered a unique outplacement program for 250 strong sales field force - enabled Gillette to disengage 750 distributors and transition business to P&G with zero legal cases and unsettled accounts with distributors.
