  • Collect, analyze, and utilize quantitative and qualitative data and feedback and identify relevant findings to further identify and resolve issues in developing existing and new entrepreneurial program opportunities between the Foundation and CWRU
  • Research areas include but are not limited to: Entrepreneurship national programs for 9-12 grades, Trends and highlights in the national entrepreneurial ecosystem, University and professional level entrepreneurial activity in Northeast Ohio, and Trends and successful program ideas related to entrepreneurship in the education space for 9-12 grade
  • Examine data to determine relevancy to issues and determine methods for analysis
  • Utilize statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, and other methodologies to analyze information and develop practical solutions to business practices
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the Foundation, as well as an understanding of the Foundation’s coordinated relationship with the entrepreneurial efforts of CWRU
  • Collaborate, communicate and successfully foster relationships with professors, specifically involved with think{box} at CWRU, and influencers of higher education
  • Identify and compile reports on trends that guide research and program development decisions; explain and present findings to colleagues to develop a greater understanding of the Foundation’s projects and CWRU and any present or potential issues that arise
  • Present research content to the Executive Director and members of the Board of Trustees; conduct and facilitate content discussions and provide recommendations on the effects of various courses of action to take to address the problem(s) taking into account the costs and benefits of solutions or approaches
